Women released in Dublin murder case

A woman arrested over the death of a man (66) in Blanchardstown last week has been released without charge.

A woman arrested over the death of a man (66) in Blanchardstown last week has been released without charge.

The taxi driver (66, died after a disturbance involving a group of people outside his son's house in the Wellview Grove area at around 2am. Gardaí believe one of the group struck the man with a car in the driveway of the house.

The woman (21), who was arrested for questioning on suspicion of murder, was released late last night, and a file is being prepared for the DPP.

A man (27) was also arrested at the scene and charged.
