Woman charged with killing man

A woman was yesterday charged at Ennis District Court with the unlawful killing of Mr Robert Malone (28). Mr Malone, a father of two, died as a result of a stab wound to the abdomen on June 12th at Pearse Avenue. Ms Anne Ball (41), of Waterpark Heights, Ennis, was remanded on bail of her own surety of £1,000 and an independent surety of £5,000 to reappear before the court on January 8th to allow the State prepare a book of evidence.
