Manila - Typhoon Zeb roared out of the Philippines yesterday leaving at least 24 people dead and causing floods and mudslides which swept away homes, disaster officials have said in Manila. Its winds also were wreaking havoc in Taiwan, where two more storm-related deaths were reported. At least 103,000 people were forced to flee their homes in the Philippines.
