Tunceli, Turkey - Turkish troops killed 22 Kurdish rebels in clashes overnight in southeastern Turkey, officials said yesterday.
In the eastern province of Tunceli, 10 Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) rebels were killed, in an sweeping offensive backed by US-made Cobra and Sikorsky helicopters, according to military officials.
