A sixth police officer has resigned following allegations of racism in a television documentary.
Pc Andy Hall is the fourth officer from Greater Manchester Police to resign after featuring in BBC1's The Secret Policeman.
A GMP spokeswoman said: "Further to Tuesday night's screening of the BBC programme, The Secret Policeman, a GMP officer has resigned from the force.
"This follows the resignation of three GMP officers on Wednesday. One officer remains suspended from duty."
Eight officers were suspended after they were accused of making racist remarks filmed for the undercover documentary.
Earlier, one of the officers denied he was a racist. Pc Keith Cheshire, who has been suspended from North Wales Police, said: "I would not consider myself in any way a racist. I'm absolutely gutted."
Pc Cheshire was shown in the programme saying: "Anyone of an Indian nature straight away you would just call him a Paki, wouldn't you?" But the officer, who lives in Wrexham, said he was horrified by what he saw in the programme.
Referring to his fellow officer, Pc Rob Pulling, putting on a Ku Klux Klan-style hood and saying he would bury an Asian under a train, Pc Cheshire said: "I wasn't there when this was going on, apart from one incident when I was there."
The acting Deputy Chief Constable of North Wales Police, Clive Wolfendale, said he felt physically sick watching the film.
