Ryanair Holdings said this afternoon that it has mandated Royal Bank of Scotland to underwrite the financing of eight Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
The aircraft have a total value of $414 million and will be delivered between December this year and April 2003.
The transaction will be managed by RBoS' specialist aviation unit, Lombard Aviation Capital in conjunction with RBS Structured Trade Finance.
Ryanair already has an established relationship with Ulster Bank, RBoS' Irish banking subsidiary.
