The Northern Ireland Police Federation has criticised the Northern Secretary for failing to consult it over new plans for implementing police reform.
In a letter to Dr Reid, Mr Jimmy Spratt, vice-chairman of the federation, said its members had been left in the dark about the future and urged him to consult them about reform.
