MEXICO CITY - A former ruling party governor of Veracruz state was arrested in Mexico City on Tuesday, a police source said.
Mr Dante Delgado Rannauro, who defected from the long-ruling Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI) several weeks ago to join a small left-wing splinter party, "has been arrested. .. for a federal crime," the source said.
