Jodi Manufacturing in Duleek makes soft furnishings. It has blamed the closure on cheap imports from Pakistan, India and China.

Jodi Manufacturing, which has been based in Meath for more than 34 years, is to begin laying staff off from the middle of next month and is expected to be closed by the end of June.
