The following statement was issued yesterday by Mr Michael Lowry.
I have no comment on the Report by Mr Justice Brian McCracken other than I welcome the tribunal's finding that, as I have always maintained, there was no political impropriety on my part. My ongoing priority continues to be to resolve my outstanding issues with the Revenue Commissioners.
I will be making no further comment.
