Balloting in the forthcoming European and local elections and for the referendum proposals will take place on the Mayo islands of Inisturk North, Clare Island and Inisbiggle on Wednesday next, June 9th, two days before the rest of the State goes to the polls. Balloting will take place between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. The ballot boxes will brought under Garda supervision to the count centre in Castlebar.
