An Irishman is expected to face charges in Peru after being caught in possession of cocaine.
The man was attempting to board an Iberian Airlines flight to Madrid from Lima's Jorge Chavez Airport when the drugs were discovered.
A spokesman for the Foreign Affairs said they are aware of the case and watching how it progresses.
