1.15 p.m. President hosts lunch at Aras an Uachtarain.
5.30 p.m. President hosts reception for 200 people, including friends and campaign workers, at Aras an Uachtarain.
6.30 p.m. Fireworks display in Phoenix Park. (Display lasts for 10 minutes and is best viewed from halfway between the Zoo and the Phoenix column on the main avenue. Parking available at Papal Cross).
7.15 p.m. President arrives at Dublin Castle for State reception.
