TALLAGHT DISTRICT COURT:A mute man who sexually assaulted a young woman in a jacuzzi in a Tallaght gym has been found guilty at Tallaght District Court.
As part of his bail he must stay away from mixed gyms and sporting clubs.
Finding Adiz Bekric guilty, Judge John Coughlan said women should be able to go about their business without being sexually assaulted.
The court heard Bekric had touched the woman, in her early 20s, with his foot and hands because he found her attractive. Remanding him on continuing bail to next January for a probation report and a victim impact statement, Judge Coughlan praised the victim for her bravery in giving evidence. Bekric (26), Bawnville Drive, Tallaght, pleaded not guilty to sexually assaulting the woman in Tallaght on April 28th, 2009.
