Gardaí from Kevin Street’s Detective and Drug Units seized one and a quarter kilograms of heroin from a car outside an apartment in the Adamstown area of Lucan, Co. Dublin last night.
The heroin is thought to have a potential street value of €250,000.
Drug dealing paraphernalia was found in the apartment. The car was taken to Kevin Street garda station for a technical examination.
No arrests were made and investigations are continuing.
