Galway manager Noel Lane has left a vacancy at left corner forward in the team to face Kilkenny in Sunday’s All-Ireland semi-final at Croke Park.
Darren O’Shaughnessy played in the position in Galway’s comfortable defeat of Derry in the All-Ireland quarter-final but was replaced by Damian Hayes early in the second half.
Fergal Healy and Ollie Fahy were also introduced into the Galway attack that day. It is expected that Lane will name one of the four in the left corner on Thursday.
