Gardai investigating the death of Donal Manley, whose body was discovered in his house on High Street in Cork on Monday, are appealing to anyone who was in the High Street, Southern Road or Douglas Road areas of the city last Friday afternoon to contact them.
More specifically they are asking anyone who was in the area between 5pm and 6pm and who saw a man in a red jacket carrying a flat screen TV to contact them.
This man may have hailed a taxi in the area.
Gardai believe this man may be able to assist them with their investigation.
