The next ISEL competition law forum takes place on Wednesday next in the Leech suite in the Shelbourne Hotel, Dublin at 6.30pm.
The forum will discuss a comparison of competition law sanction regimes in Ireland, the United States and Canada, including proposed changes in Ireland under the EU-IMF programme of support for Ireland.
It will be chaired by Dr David McFadden of the Competition Authority.
Speakers at the forum include Elisa Kearney of Davies Ward Philips Vineberg LLP, Toronto, Fiona Schaeffer, of Jones Day, New York, and barrister Nathy Dunleavy.
