The Supreme Court will decide today whether Dublin West TD Mr Liam Lawlor may return to prison.
The court will give its reserved judgment this morning on the appeal by Mr Lawlor against a decision of the High Court last July to impose a seven-day jail sentence on him for failing to comply with orders to provide the Flood tribunal with financial documents.
