The erection of an Orange arch at Glengormley outside Belfast is to be challenged in the High Court. Mr Justice Kerr yesterday granted leave for a judicial review of the decision to allow the arch to go up without planning permission. The case has been brought by a resident, known only as D, against the Department of Regional Development and the RUC, which was alleged to have facilitated its erection.
