THE IRISH TIMES and the Institute of Creative Advertising Design teamed up over the weekend to host a competition to find the best young creative talent in the country.
Teams of competitors received creative briefs and presented their proposals back to the judging panel of industry professionals who were on hand to mentor and advise. The winners, Mark Kelly and Barry Sweeney, along with the runners-up, will go on to represent Ireland against the rest of Europe in Norway this May.
The winners of that competition will be treated to a four-day pass to the Cannes Lions Advertising Festival and will stay in one of the best hotels in the south of France.
