Police in Wales have arrested a man on suspicion of the murder of a 38-year-old Irish woman.
Catherine Gowing, originally from the Birr area of Co Offaly, was last seen alive by friends in Mold, Flintshire, at 8pm on Friday.
A spokesman for North Wales Police said a man was arrested on suspicion of her murder last night.
Detectives are also trying to trace Ms Gowing's car, a purple Renault Clio with an Irish registration plate, 00 D 99970.
Anyone with information is asked to contact North Wales Police or the Crimestoppers charity.
