Over 50 kilos of cannabis has been seized by Customs officers at Shannon Airport.
Two men and a woman, all in their 30s, have been arrested after a routine search by sniffer dogs uncovered the drugs. The drugs were found in the luggage of the three who were travelling on a flight from South Africa.
The 54 kilos of cannabis has an estimated street value of €150,000.
