So popular are the wine classes taught by award-winning Irish sommelier Lisa O'Doherty that her "Wine School" at selected O'Briens Wine stores in Dublin this month are already sold out.

Booking is underway for the next two six-week courses starting on November 3rd in Rathmines and on November 4th in Donnybrook. The relaxed, informal course is aimed at consumers who may have little previous knowledge, but have a passion to learn more about their favourite tipple. O'Doherty is also chief sommelier consultant at the K Club in Co Kildare and has represented Ireland at the highest international level.
