Prices range from £195,000 (247,958) to £300,000 (380,921). Nearly half the apartments were sold at pre-construction stage last spring.

High ceilings, intricate period plastering details and full-length sash windows are among the most attractive features of the scheme. The old foyer, with its grand sweeping staircase, has been refurbished in period style complete with statues and black and white floors.
