Semi-detached homes start at £120,950

The final phase of 43 three and four-bedroom homes at Hansfield, near Clonee, come on the market this weekend, with a completion date by late summer or early autumn.

Hansfield is a development of 122 homes adjoining the successful Castaheany development on the Dublin side of Clonee village, just off the Navan Road, in Dublin 15. Prices in this final phase range from £120,950 for a large three-bedroom semidetached home to four-bedroom semis from £134,950. There are also a number of detached four bedroom homes, which include a garage, from £179,950.

The location provides easy access to Dublin city and is only three miles from the Phoenix Park. The site design, which involves a series of cul-de-sacs built around an open space, should provide for great safety and privacy, according to selling agents, Ross McParland.

These homes offer natural gas-fired central heating and piping for a gas fire in the livingroom as an option. The exterior design incorporates a half-brick front, and each home includes a two-car driveway and extensive landscaping to the front.

The detached four bed unit comprises 1,345 sq ft, plus garage. It offers a generous entrance hall, large kitchen plus utility room, and a 17 ft by 21 ft livingroom. The main bedroom is en suite and there is a lavatory and whb downstairs.

The semi-detached four bedroom home comprises 1,333 sq ft. It has the option of a partition that partly separates the kitchen from the dining area and again there is a utility room and downstairs lavatory. The main bedroom has both an en suite and a separate dressing area.
