McDonalds to open in Bray Town Hall

FAST-FOOD chain McDonalds is to open an outlet at Bray Town Hall where it will be paying a rent of around £47,000 per annum. Built in 1881, the town hall is one of the most distinctive buildings in the town. Two of the shops with a total of almost 1,800 square feet were acquired by Edward Carroll and Co. Mason Owen Lyons handled the lettings and sales in Bray. The agency is quoting rents of £10.50 for two office suites, each with under 900 square feet.
