Clonee: The last 20-odd apartments and penthouses at the large Ongar development near Clonee in Dublin 15 are being released through Hamilton Osborne King this week.
Ongar Park is a 73-unit scheme set in five four-storey blocks. Prices for the remaining one-bedroom apartments with 49-51 sq m (527-549 sq ft) start at €180,000.
Two-bedroom apartments with 63-81 sq m (678-870 sq ft) cost from €220,000 to €250,000. Two-bedroom penthouses, some of which have a separate study, offer 109.6-121.5 sq m (1,180-1,308 sq ft) of accommodation and are priced from €305,000 to €319,000.
