The Old Tramyard site at Castle Street, Dalkey, Co Dublin, is to be used for a mixed apartment and commercial development. South Dublin County Council has granted permission for 31 apartments over five commercial units on the site, which was sold a year ago for £2,350,000.
In Ashbourne, Co Meath, Ronald Duff is quoting a guideline price of over £1 million for a site with full planning permission for 28 apartments. It goes to auction on March 8th.
