Funds aimed at business and individuals

This is the largest of Irish Life's funds with £400 million invested. It is aimed at private individuals who want to invest in commercial property as part of the pension fund and also at large business and professional fund managers who are looking to invest in property. Flagship properties in the fund include the Ulster Bank headquarters building on George's Quay and the Anglo Irish Bank head office on St Stephen's Green. It also has a stake in the ILAC Centre.
