Agent Lambert Smith Hampton is reporting keen interest in the second phase of the Citylink Business Park just outside Belfast city centre at the 3.5-acre former Boxmore site in Durham Street. The first phase of six buildings has been let in the £35 million sterling development. The finished development will contain 250,000 sq ft of office accommodation in 11 low-rise buildings.

Keith Shiells, chief executive of Lambert Smith Hampton, said Citylink, as the first high-tech office campus within the city centre, had "caught the imagination of prospective investors and tenants". Ms Celia Worthington, senior partner in the legal firm Wilson Nesbitt - the first tenants in the scheme - said her company needed a prominent new building on a main arterial route in the city centre, and in a modern park to reflect the firm's approach to business.
