The Irish Garden Plant Society has been beavering away for the past 25 years, conserving Irish plants and gardens.
It celebrates this feat with a seminar at the National Botanic Gardens on September 2nd. Speakers at the event, which is titled Past, Present and Future, will be Helen Dillon, Harold McBride, Mary Forrest and Charles Nelson.
