A label that reaches its ninth birthday really does deserve to throw a bit of a hooley. Since Psychonavigation opened for business in 2000, with a 12-track compilation, the Dublin-based label has released a huge number of electronic, ambient and electro tunes into the wild.

While there have been a few compilations (the ones from Radio na Gaeltachta's An Taobh Tuathailshow are the pick of the bunch), there have also been individual albums from Roger Doyle. The Pale, Electric Penguins, Bickley O'Farrell, Ciaran Byrne, Tiny Magnetic Pets and others, with the label's most high-profile release being RSAG's acclaimed Organic Sampler.

Tonight's bash is headlined by chill-out kingpin Mixmaster Morris, with live sets from Italian ambient explorer Enrico Coniglio (below), impressive Irish act 202s, Roger Doyle, Mick Chillage (who has just released the Tales From the Iglooalbum), Tiny Magnetic Pets and Ciaran Byrne. Label boss Keith Downey and Beatfinder's Gerry Molumby provide the DJ action.
