"My Fellow Americans" (15) Jack Lemmon features in another tale of grumpy old men, with James Garner stepping in for Walter Matthau.

They play former American presidents who used to be bitter rivals but are forced together when threatened by the corrupt new Oval Office administration. The humour is all too intermittent as the screenplay splutters from one unlikely coincidence to another. In cameos, Lauren Bacall is sharp as Lemmon's blunt-spoken wife and John Heard brings an eerily Quayleish quality to the role of the vice-president.
