In Monday's editions Mr Sean Murphy from Cregganduff, Co Armagh, was included in error in a list of five victims for whose abduction, murder and secret burial the IRA is believed responsible.
An article about the local authority elections in Waterford in yesterday's editions said the city council had not had a woman member for more than 40 years. In fact, the city has not had a woman councillor since 1991.
