Tullow Oil expects significant growth

Exploration company Tullow Oil told shareholders at its annual meeting yesterday that it expected its next set of results to show very significant growth in turnover and profitability following the full integration of its UK offshore assets into the group.

Tullow chairman Mr Pat Plunkett said the company would be one of the largest producers of gas in the North Sea.
