The president of the European Commission, Mr Jacques Santer, will deliver the keynote address at the 10th annual European Finance Convention in Dublin on Monday. Mr Santer will speak on European Monetary Union. Sponsored by The Irish Times, the conference will take place at the Shelbourne Hotel. Topics to be covered include the single currency debate, north/south co operation and the impact of regional policies.
