Profit for Tuskar director

Tuskar Resources director Mr Frank Traynor has made a profit of £14,375 after exercising share options and then selling the shares into the market. Mr Traynor exercised options over 500,000 Tuskar shares at 1 1/4p each and then sold half the shares at 4p each and the other half at 4 1/4p.

In a separate disclosure to the Stock Exchange, Ryan Hotels director Mr Michael Hayes sold 18,950 Ryan shares at 60p each, raising £11,370. He retains almost 1.2 million shares in the company.
