Penneys, the retail clothing chain, opened its 110th store in Blanchardstown, Dublin, yesterday. The 4,000 sq ft store will provide 170 permanent and 50 temporary jobs. Blanchardstown is the group's 42nd Irish store. It has a further 68 Primark stores in the UK.
Primark/Penneys employ more than 8,000 people in Britain and Ireland.
