THE Minister for Enterprise and Employment, Mr Richard Bruton, has introduced a Competition and Mergers Review Group which will have the task of making recommendations on mergers and competition legislation.
The group will also review the position of the Restrictive Practices (Groceries) Order, particularly the below cost selling aspects of the order and make appropriate recommendations.
