Judith Meagher sells 38,000 Independent Newspapers shares

Ms Judith Meagher, wife of Independent Newspapers deputy chairman Mr John Meagher, has sold 38,000 shares at 252p per share, reducing the couple's stake in the company to 2,115,029 shares, or 0.841 per cent of the stock. The cash value of the sale was £95,760.
