THE Minister for Finance, Mr Quinn has announced the appointment of marketing consultant Ms Gary Joyce as chairwoman of ACCBank, as reported in The Irish Times yesterday. A director of marketing and communications company Dimension, Ms Joyce has replaced Mr Dan McGing who had been chairman of ACC since 1987.

Monaghan solicitor Mr Seamus Mallon, Davy analyst Mr John O'Reilly and the company secretary of the Rialto Community Development Association, Ms Sheila McGuinness, were appointed to the board of the state owned bank.
