Jermyn sees more growth

Jermyn Investment Properties, the London and Dublin listed property company, is confident of further growth in Britain and Ireland.

Castle Market Holdings, its joint venture in Ireland, "continues to prove extremely rewarding", Mr Paul Reed, director of Jermyn, said. Castle recently received consent to increase the size of the shopping centre at Stillorgan, Co Dublin by 100,000 sq ft to around 250,000 sq ft, subject to appeals.
