International business link

DUBLIN Chamber of Commerce is to set up an international business committee, which will be linked to similar committees in other major cities.

The former chief executive of An Bord Trachtala Mr Alan McCarthy will head the committee. "We recognise that international business is the business of Dublin, and the Dublin Chamber of Commerce," Mr McCarthy said. "We'll develop policies and services in which the chamber's extensive international network can be useful."
