Interest rates moves are all relative

Einstein went out for the evening, seeking entertainment. He went to the local pub and asked the first man he met what his IQ was. When he heard it was 160 he declared that they could discuss quantum physics and the origins of the universe, which they did happily for some time. Moving on, Einstein next met a man with an IQ of 130 and they spent some time discussing literature and the arts. Finally he approached a youth at the end of the bar. "What's your IQ," Einstein asked. "I'm afraid its only 75," came the reply. "Never mind, young man" said Einstein, "tell me, what way do you think interest rates will go?"
