ICL wins £2m contract

ICL has won a £2.1 million systems contract with Telecom Eireann. The system will support expansion of Telecom's customer sales operation.

The first phase of the project will be a volume call centre in Dublin for over 200 users. ICL is also designing a customer marketing database.
