Financial services company, Friends First, has just signed a major contract with Managed Solutions Corporation (MSC) as part of a £25 million investment programme. Managed Solutions has been contracted to implement a customer management system, Clientwise, across Friends First's customer services area. This is Managed Solutions first breakthrough into the Irish market. It currently specialises in delivering business software products for the international insurance and financial services industries.
