With reference to a headline which appeared on a court report in the editions of December 18th, Mr Edward Moran has asked us to point out that he is not challenging the takeover of Eircom by Valentia but, rather, the legal right of Valentia to compulsorily acquire his shares. In this regard, he is seeking equal rights with shareholders in the Employee Share Ownership Trust.
