Leckpatrick Dairies, which is owned by Golden Vale, has said it will sell its animal feed and fertiliser business in Northern Ireland to J Bibby Agriculture, a subsidiary of British animal feeds group, Associated British Nutrition.
The deal, which is on a goodwill basis, includes the transfer to Bibby of the Leckpatrick agri-sales team.
