Howth site had sold for €1m

A residential site of just over a hectare (2.6 acre) currently for sale in Howth, Co Dublin, for €1.5 million, through selling agents Kelly Walsh was previously acquired about 10 years ago for about €1 million. A recent report on these pages said that the previous selling price had been €10 million. This was incorrect.
